FDIC and OCC Host a Symposium Among Financial Institutions, Healthcare Providers, and Community Stakeholders to Create Affordable Housing in Indiana

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are collaborating to organize an event in Evansville, Indiana that will showcase a model capable of transforming a community’s approach to affordable housing. The event will highlight the Indianapolis Equitable Transit-Oriented Development Fund, which supports affordable housing near transit lines and involves several community stakeholders. Speakers will also discuss the role of hospitals as community development partners to improve the social determinants of health among low- and moderate-income residents.
