The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRB-SF), and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are hosting an annual Bank On Forum in observance of National Financial Capability Month. The primary objective of this forum is to improve financial capability and raise awareness of financial education resources to reduce the number of unbanked individuals in San Bernardino and Riverside counties. The event will also provide a platform to promote Inland Empire (IE) Saves and offer an opportunity to begin participating in the Wealth Building and Preservation Pillar workgroup as well as the Inland SoCal Bank On Coalition. The forum will focus on enhancing access to financial services, providing financial education, and fostering trust in the local financial system by collaborating with community-based organizations (CBOs) and banks.
