In preparation for spring flooding and other disasters, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host a webinar for Iowa bankers, local governments, and community-based organizations to learn about activities that revitalize or stabilize designated disaster areas, as well potentially qualify for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) consideration. Attendees will hear from the Iowa Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, Volunteer Iowa, the U.S Small Business Administration, and the Iowa Economic Development Authority to gain knowledge of resources available, as well as support recovery efforts.
