Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to host a 90-minute online event in which attendees will learn about mortgage rehab products. These specialized loans allow borrowers to finance both the purchase and rehabilitation of existing naturally occurring affordable housing (NOAH). In low- to moderate-income (LMI) areas, these loans can reduce blight and increase available housing inventory by making dilapidated homes into viable purchase options.
