The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are hosting a webinar on opportunities to support community development activities in the Lakeland, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA). The purpose of the webinar is to encourage needs-based community development partnerships, some in response to COVID-19. Presenters will discuss affordable housing, account access, economic and small business development, as well as revitalization projects and programs that will benefit the Lakeland MSA. In recognition of National Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 to October 15), presenters will also highlight opportunities to support the Lakeland MSA Hispanic community.
