The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Federal Reserve Bank San Francisco of San Francisco (FRB-SF), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are hosting the “SoCal Bankers Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Roundtable: Affordable Housing & Community Development” webinar. Housing affordability and availability is a significant issue in Southern California. This event will highlight solutions to the ever-expanding need for affordable housing, both single and multi-family, including investment and financing opportunities, an effort to increase Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) developers, a special purpose lending program to address Black homeownership in San Diego, and multifamily rural housing in the Coachella Valley.
