The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Federal Reserve Bank San Francisco of San Francisco (FRB-SF), and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are hosting Affordable Housing Evolving Landscape: An Arizona Banker Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Roundtable. Home affordability is an increasing challenge in Arizona for both rental and homeownership options. This webinar will present opportunities for banks to engage in the development of affordable housing through innovative approaches by partnering with a foundation and a CDFI to leverage bank financing including investments, participating in the development of affordable housing within school district properties for school staff, and supporting efforts in rural communities.
