The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) are hosting a webinar on achieving long-term housing affordability through Florida’s Community Land Trusts (CLTs) during National Homeownership Month. Participants will learn about CLTs and how they benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) renters and homeowners. Information on federal affordable housing products and the Community Reinvestment Act will be discussed. Additionally, participants will hear from Florida’s existing CLTs on their programs and opportunities for partnership.
