The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) of Chicago, Small Business Administration (SBA), and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) will conduct a webinar for SBA lenders and other small business support organizations outlining programs and resources to establish, stabilize, and grow Iowa small businesses. Presenters will outline the effect the pandemic had on small businesses and discuss pandemic-era promising practices and innovative strategies to develop partnerships between government, community-based organizations, and banks creating a direct referral pathway for small business support. The FDIC will present attendee action items and review the Money Smart for Small Business curriculum.
