The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host a webinar on improving access to capital for rural regional tourism and hospitality businesses in Pennsylvania. Presenters will provide an overview of several small business lending resources including Metro Action, The Progress Fund, and The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund. The event will also highlight resources from the Appalachian Regional Commission, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Pennsylvania First Industries Fund, which specifically benefit small businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry. Attendees will also learn how banks can partner with CDFIs to meet the credit needs of small businesses and receive positive CRA consideration.
