The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is hosting the first installment of its Los Angeles Alliance for Economic Inclusion (AEI) Tri-Annual Forum. Presenters will highlight the mission of the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and provide an update on the CalMoneySmart Grant program. Attendees will also have an opportunity to engage in the following initiatives: the Los Angeles #GetBanked Public Awareness Campaign, Los Angeles Saves 2022, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, and the newest FDIC financial education program, How Money Smart Are You? AEI Working Groups will present their 2022 Action Plans with opportunities for AEI organizations to participate.
