This session will highlight components within the plans to increase understanding and foster a coordinated, systemic approach to alleviating intergenerational poverty for low-to-moderate income families and communities.

Title III of the Infrastructure Bill, also known as the Digital Equity Act of 2021 (Act), offers an unprecedented opportunity to tackle the digital divide impacting historically underserved and marginalized populations, including racial and ethnic minorities, rural communities, veterans, and low-income households. The Act authorizes over $2.75 billion in funding for digital equity programs over the next five years.
