FDIC Hosts Establishing a Community Development Corporation for San Luis Obispo County

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host a banker roundtable to encourage collaboration among banks and key community stakeholders that desire to establish a community development corporation primarily serving San Luis Obispo County, CA. This roundtable will focus on identifying, developing and implementing strategies to encourage banks to assist in funding the initial feasibility study to support establishing a community development corporation San Luis Obispo County to in improve the financial stability of low- and moderate-income residents and small businesses throughout San Luis Obispo County, initially focusing on unincorporated Oceano, CA.
