FDIC Hosts Affordable Housing Forum in South Carolina

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) will host an affordable housing forum to bring stakeholders together to explore innovative solutions to address the affordable housing crisis in South Carolina. The forum will encourage banks, affordable housing developers, non-profits, housing finance agencies, and local governments to explore innovative solutions, such as community land trusts, public private partnerships, and creative funding sources to increase the affordable housing supply. Representatives will share and discuss strategic approaches and resources to help advance affordable housing development and preservation in South Carolina.
