Return Checks Letter

December 18, 2009

To Whom It May Concern:

On December 18, 2009, RockBridge Commercial Bank, Atlanta, Georgia was closed by the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) was appointed Receiver. The FDIC in its corporate capacity is paying deposit insurance to the insured depositors.

Depositors who maintained checking accounts, including NOW or Money Market accounts at the former RockBridge Commercial Bank, may have had outstanding checks that had not cleared by December 18, 2009 and will be returned "Bank Closed".

This situation was a result of the action of the Georgia Department of Banking and Finance and has no bearing on any individual's credit or ability to pay debts. Therefore, we ask that you consider waiving any returned check charges and/or penalties due to these special circumstances.

Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
FDIC Claims Agent
