Bank Failures

Failed Bank Information for Integrity Bank, Jupiter, FL

On July 31, 2009, Integrity Bank was closed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation. The FDIC was named Receiver. Stonegate Bank, Fort Lauderdale, FL acquired all deposit accounts, excluding certain brokered deposits.

The FDIC as Receiver for Integrity Bank, Jupiter, FL has taken all actions necessary to terminate the Receivership Estate. The Receiver published a legal notice of intent to terminate the receivership on February 1, 2023 and has made all dividend distributions required by law.

Effective February 1, 2024, the Receiver was discharged and the Receivership Estate was terminated and ceased existence as a legal entity.

Receivership Status: TERMINATED
