Failed Bank Information for Home Valley Bank, Cave Junction, OR

On July 23, 2010, Home Valley Bank was closed by the Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services. The FDIC was named Receiver. South Valley Bank & Trust, Klamath Falls, OR acquired all deposit accounts.

The FDIC as Receiver for Home Valley Bank, Cave Junction, OR has taken all actions necessary to terminate the Receivership Estate. The Receiver published a legal notice of intent to terminate the receivership on June 5, 2018 and has made all dividend distributions required by law.

Effective September 1, 2018, the Receiver was discharged and the Receivership Estate was terminated and ceased existence as a legal entity.

Receivership Status: TERMINATED

All deposit accounts were transferred to South Valley Bank & Trust, Klamath Falls, OR ("assuming institution"). Former Home Valley Bank locations reopened as branches of South Valley Bank & Trust.

Your transferred deposits were separately insured from any accounts you may have already had at South Valley Bank & Trust for at least six months after the failure of Home Valley Bank.

You may withdraw your funds from any transferred account without an early withdrawal penalty until you enter into a new deposit agreement with South Valley Bank & Trust as long as the deposits are not pledged as collateral for loans.
