The FDIC Public Information Center is open from 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. (ET), Monday - Friday. Non-FDIC personnel onsite visits are by appointment only.

Most publications are free and available on the FDIC Website. FDIC policy manuals have various prices which must be prepaid. Please contact the Public Information Center for more information on available policy manuals and payment options. Please call in advance for quicker service. Most requests can be filled in less than 24 hours.
