FDIC Makes Public February Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in February 2025. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for April 2025.

The FDIC issued seven safety and soundness orders in February 2025. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one order terminating a consent order and six orders terminating a total of 100 waiver orders under Section 19 of the FDI Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1829 (Section 19 waiver orders).
