FDIC Makes Public November Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in November 2024. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for January 2025.

The FDIC issued 11 orders, one Notice and one adjudicated Decision and Order. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of two orders of prohibition; two consent orders; three CMP orders; three orders terminating consent order; one combined order of prohibition and order for restitution; one Notice; and one Decision and Order.
