FDIC Makes Public June Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in June 2024.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for August 2024.

The FDIC issued 10 safety and soundness orders and two Notices in June 2024.  The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of four prohibition orders; three orders terminating deposit insurance; one combined prohibition order and order to pay a civil money penalty (CMP); one order terminating a consent order; and one CMP order. The first Notice seeks a prohibition order; the second Notice seeks a prohibition order and assessment of a CMP.
