FDIC Makes Public September Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON — The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in September 2023.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for November 2023.

The FDIC issued nine orders in September 2023.  The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of one order to pay a civil money penalty (CMP), five consent orders, and three orders terminating deposit insurance.
