FDIC Makes Public August Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON — The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in August 2023. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for October 2023.

The FDIC issued nine orders issued in August 2023. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of three consent orders, three orders terminating consent orders, two orders of prohibition, and one order to pay a civil money penalty.
