FDIC Makes Public April Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON — The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in April 2023. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for June 2023.

The FDIC issued 10 orders in April 2023. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of six orders of prohibition, two orders to pay civil money penalties (CMPs), and two orders that combined an order of prohibition and order to pay CMPs.
