FDIC Makes Public March Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON — The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in March 2023. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for May 2023.
The FDIC issued 11 orders in March 2023. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of four prohibition orders, three orders terminating deposit insurance, two consent orders, one order to pay civil money penalty (CMP), and one order terminating consent order.
