FDIC Makes Public September Enforcement Actions

No Administrative Hearings Scheduled for November 2022

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in September 2022.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for November 2022.

The FDIC issued 12 Orders and one Notice in September 2022.  The administrative enforcement actions in those Orders consisted of two consent orders, five orders of prohibition, two orders to pay a civil money penalty, two orders of termination of insurance, and one section 19 order. The Notice seeks an order of prohibition and an order to pay a civil money penalty.
