WASHINGTON – The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in April 2022. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for June 2022.
The FDIC issued eight Orders and one Notice in April 2022. The administrative enforcement actions in those Orders consisted of three consent orders, one order of prohibition, one order to pay civil money penalty, one section 19 order, and two orders terminating consent orders. The Notice seeks an order of prohibition and an order to pay civil money penalty.
