FDIC Makes Public August Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON - The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in August.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for October 2021.

The FDIC issued eight Orders in August 2021.  The administrative enforcement actions in those eight Orders consisted of one Consent Order, three terminations of Consent Orders, two Orders to Pay Civil Money Penalty, one Removal/Prohibition Order, and two Section 19 Orders.
