FDIC Makes Public September Enforcement Actions;

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in September.  There are no administrative hearings scheduled for November 2020.

The FDIC issued 11 orders in September 2020.  The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of four section 19 orders, three orders of prohibition, one order terminating a consent order, and one order voluntarily terminating deposit insurance.
