The enclosed CD-ROM, developed by the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), contains reference and training materials on consumer financial privacy. The CD-ROM may be used to help your staff:
The CD-ROM provides a single source for relevant federal laws and rules and agency examination procedures. It also contains 12 multimedia presentations with audio accompaniment addressing consumer financial privacy, including all aspects of the new privacy rule and the 501(b) security guidelines. The information on the CD-ROM is also available on the FFIEC Web site at www.ffiec.gov . Enclosed also is a Fact Sheet containing the hardware and software requirements and instructions on how to operate the CD-ROM.
